Returns Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchases, but if you need to return an item, please see our returns policy below.
- If you have an item that you wish to return, please email our customer services team at [email protected] detailing the original order number and reason for return. Once authorised, you will be issued with a return number; this must be made clear on the returned parcel.
- If goods are received damaged, please provide the order number and photos within 3 days of delivery to [email protected]
- If an item is returned as no longer required or incorrectly ordered by a customer, then a 50% handling charge may be applied. Items are returned at your own cost.
- Returned goods must be in a saleable condition in the original packaging. Once inspected, if they are not, then you may not be entitled to a full credit.

- Items authorised for return must be returned to E. P. Barrus within 14 days.
- Any products returned without a returns number will delay the returns process.
- We aim to deal with all returns in a timely manner.
