Product Overview

The Barton Marine Outboard Lifting Sling was designed and tested at Barton Marine by their own design engineers. The Outboard Sling prevents any slips or fails and holds most outboard engine brands up to 15hp.

  • The design can be quickly removed once the engine is in place by simply unclipping two stainless steel carabiners at the front
  • Manufactured from a strong durable webbing with stainless steel buckles and clips, it is designed to survive in harsh marine environments
  • It hits any engine up to 15HP and some of the new 20HP four strokes.
  • Weight Approved for Four Stroke engines (most on market say a HP but when you look at weight it is well below modern 4 stroke weights)
  • 50KG (110lbs) SWL – Tested to 500KG
  • Low pivot point of strap means the engine can easily be angle to go over transom or guard rail.
  • UK Manufactured
  • Only two fixing clips so quick to fit and remove once set up
  • ABS plastic clips stop marking engine
  • All Fixing points are 316 stainless
